Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins, the Mexican American journalist. She currently works for ESPN as a news anchor for SportsCenter and sometimes hosts SportsNation. The first time she worked at ESPN in the year 2016. Her mother is the television reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is a bilingual woman and has been for a long time, starting at when she was nine years old. This skill allowed her to land her first job with Univision, Miami. She worked with national producers on programs such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. Her next assignment was reporter for sports at CBS St. Petersburg. CBS St. Petersburg Affiliate. In 2009, the reporter relocated from St. Petersburg to Rio Grande Valley Texas where she was employed by KNVO TV 48 Univision as and Fox2 News. In 2009, she moved to Rio Grande Valley, Texas, where she became an editor for KNVO48 Univision as well as Fox2 News. In addition, she was frequently required to act as an anchor for sports and weather. Deportes 23 was Univision Dallas affiliate where she took on other responsibilities. She reported on The Major League Baseball ALDS ALCS World Series, the Dallas Cowboys as well as the NBA Postseason as well as the Finals FC Dallas FC Dallas Stars. She was born November 22 on the 22nd of October, 1984 in Mexico City. There is a sister. In 1992 her family left Mexico and relocated to Miami. The couple divorced shortly thereafter and, in 1995, she married an naval designer by the name of Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo died in 2006 of kidney cancer. She stayed in Canton Ohio with her older sister over the summer in which she was offered a job. Antonietta still a senior at high school but she had a clear idea of the path she wanted to pursue. While deciding if Mount Union is the right choice for her, Antonietta visited the university. It turned out that she liked the campus, and the university had the program she desired. She graduated from high school and was enrolled in media studies at the university. Professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM, and was member of the class, established an ongoing friendship with her. Her professor, Mark Bergmann, inspired her by his love of journalism. He also deeply impacted her.
